For Sale:  2020 – 14 foot non-cabover flatbed design in excellent condition

This listing is for the camper only.  It was built during covid for the original owner and never used by them (due to health conditions) and sold to us in 2020.

Our family has used it for a few wonderful adventures.  A few things have been modified, but are easily reverted to the way the original owner had it built, or can be further modified for how you see your own vision.

This listing is for the camper only for $20,000.  It is currently sitting on a 2019, 16 foot aluminum Featherlite car hauler, with a professionally built all aluminum front box for additional storage, bathroom options, and rock guard.  I would be willing to sell the entire package for $25,000.  If you are looking to purchase just the camper, we will work out how to separate the setup, it’s really not that difficult as it is put together in a modular way.

Now the camper…  as mentioned, its is 14 feet long.  It is also 83.5 inches wide, so you need either a 7 foot wide flatbed vehicle or a flatbed trailer that has 7 feet between the fenders.

The top goes up and down (as do all official Alaskan Campers), this makes it super easy to tow, for storage (we park in a garage with a 7 foot tall door) and very stealth while traveling and needing to park in urban areas.

It was built with top of the line materials, custom cabinets, custom seating, custom windows, custom flooring (I’ve got a wool runner in the pictures covering the real hickory wood floor that goes under the entire cabin which would make reconfiguration of the space if needed relatively simple), custom solar, and so much more extra details.

The interior was built in a modular fashion and can be redesigned to suit different needs, or used wonderfully as is.

This is a camper built for off grid use, but can absolutely be used for campground camping.  BTW It does not have a shower, hot water or gray / black water tanks.  It does have an easy to use cassette toilette.

Features & equipment:

50″ wide rear dinette / bed

Standard rear entry door plus an additional side entry door.

Custom 2″ drop floor, giving the interior additional standing room while retaining the classic Alaskan hard-sided pop-up design.

Custom windows and black/charcoal exterior stripe package.

Custom interior finishes, including Cantina Chili fabric, 36″ seat cushions, custom flooring, and alder breadboard detail.

Expanded galley storage with extra drawers.

Dometic 2-burner drop-in cooktop.

Thetford C224CW cassette toilet. (currently uninstalled, but easy to reinstall)

340 watts of Zamp solar: one 170-watt solar panel with controller plus a second 170-watt expansion panel.

30-lb / 7-gallon horizontal propane tank.
