Best line item on the original work order was the customer had me insert ” THIS CUSTOMER STATES HE IS ONE PICKY BASTARD OF A CUSTOMER AND WANTS IT DULY NOTED” It really was a fun build and miss those days of 100% customer service commitment in each build.
